We’ve got these and they’re good. But… if you have the space, we’d opt for multiple dumbbell sets.
(optional; just makes it easier to change and grab); however, in about the same space, you can get a dumbbell A-frame that can hold 5 sets of dumbbells. We favor that as the most efficient for workouts as there’s no down time or hassle in changing locking in/out the different weight levels.
