My Gym Trainer Books

Books are available in three different fitness levels to meet you where you are and challenge you along the way: Beginner (Level 1), Intermediate (Level 2) and Advanced (Level 3):

MGT1 – Beginner, acquaints the user with gym equipment, how to move about the gym, and 24 great, easy-to-follow beginner workouts.

MGT2 – Intermediate, takes the novice exerciser to the next level in intensity and results through interval training cardiovascular programs and more challenging weight training exercises.

MGT3 – Advanced, is for the fit exerciser looking for a change or the athlete looking for a gym routine that is full of tough cardio intervals and weight workouts that will take your physique to the next level using a fast pace of both familiar and novel movements.
