MTF… Helping Gina To Be a Better Trainer!
The Personal Trainer
I have a 5 year old son, so I try to batch cook a lot during the week so breakfasts are ready to go. I don’t have much time in the mornings. I try to either do eggwhites premade in a muffin pan with veggies or steel cut oat muffins. I drop my son off at school and I teach classes at the gym on Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri. Besides Mondays (BodyPump and Metabolic Effect) and Wednesday (cycle and ME) most of my classes are cardio so I get there early in order to do My Gym Trainer. I am able to do these workouts quickly and effectively so it makes my life so much easier. Tuesdays I run outside and train clients. So fitness is always first and foremost in my mind. My afternoons and evenings are dedicated to my family and I usually teach or train a few nights of week. That means I have to really plan our meals to be healthy and quick. I love setting a good, healthy example for my son. He has grown up in the gym and knows how important it is to be fit.
Before I started using MGT, I feel like I wasted a lot of time in the gym b/c I wasn’t sure exactly what I should be doing even though I am a Personal Trainer. There are so many different philosophies out there. But now that I follow the Metabolic Effect/My Gym Trainer lifestyle, I am so happy! It has helped become a better trainer to be honest!

Great form Gina!
How do you make the egg-whites in the muffin pan?
Hello! Thank you for the compliment! I take a muffin pan, spray with pam and then I use the egg whites from the cartons. I pour them into a bowl, add veggies and turkey bacon. I bake them at 350 for 20-25 minutes. They are so quick and easy to make. You can add as many veggies as you like.
Hope that helps!

Oh, I should add that after I mix the eggs and veggies to the Pam sprayed muffin pan. LOL I am sure you got that, but realized I left it out.
You’re welcome!
Sounds super easy and yummy! Like an omelet in muffin form
